Foreign Insured: Copy of passport.

Documents for each coverage
For each coverage, we list the mandatory and optional documents that help in the analysis.
Written complaint document submitted to the Carrier, such as “Baggage Irregularity Report,” “PIR - Property Irregularity Report,” or equivalent.
Certificate or statement from the Carrier confirming the duration of the baggage delay.
Receipt of compensation paid by the Carrier and release statement or declaration of non-reimbursement.
Original receipts and/or invoices detailing the expenses incurred for purchasing essential items.
Written complaint document filed with the Carrier, such as a "Baggage Irregularity Report," "PIR - Property Irregularity Report," or equivalent.
Police Report.
Original baggage tickets for all checked items.
Certificate or statement from the Carrier accepting responsibility for the lost baggage and/or compensation receipt issued by the Carrier, with a settlement agreement.
Compensation receipt from the transport company signed by the claimant.
List of items contained in the baggage with their respective values.
Proof of notification of the lost baggage.
Invoice for the repair of the damaged luggage or a report stating that repair is not feasible, along with the invoice for the purchase of a new luggage.
Original baggage ticket for all checked items.
Description of the damaged item(s) due to a covered incident.
Written complaint document submitted to the carrier, such as “Baggage Irregularity Report,” “PIR - Property Irregularity Report,” or equivalent.
Receipt of compensation paid by the carrier and a release form or declaration of non-reimbursement.
Written proof that the theft or loss was reported to the transportation company;
Written proof of acceptance of responsibility by the transportation company;
Compensation receipt from the transportation company signed by the claimant;
Original receipts for expenses incurred for purchasing essential items;
Police report;
P.I.R. (Property Irregularity Report) form or similar document.
Written complaint document submitted to the Carrier, such as “Baggage Irregularity Report,” “PIR - Property Irregularity Report,” or equivalent;
Police Report;
Original baggage tickets for all checked items;
Certificate or declaration from the Carrier accepting responsibility for the baggage and/or receipt of compensation paid by the Carrier with a release form (except train);
Compensation receipt from the transportation company signed by the claimant;
List of items contained in the baggage with their respective values;
Proof of notification of baggage loss immediately after it was discovered missing.
Written proof that the loss was reported to the airline/maritime/land transport company.
Written proof of the transportation contract with the airline/maritime/land transport company by the insured.
Invoice or receipt for the losses paid by the airline/maritime/land transport company.
P.I.R. form (Property Irregularity Report).

Identity card, CPF (Individual Taxpayer Registration) and proof of residence of the insured.
Ticket or Travel Card.
Original proof of expenses for renting sports equipment by the insured.
Statement from the airline confirming the delay.
Evidence of the communication of the incident to the competent authorities.
P.I.R – Property Irregularity Report, for incidents with airlines, certifying the weight of the sports equipment.
Notice of claim.
Identity card, CPF (Individual Taxpayer Registration) and proof of residence of the insured.
Ticket or Travel Card.
Police Report.
Itemized invoices for purchased items.
Detailed estimate outlining damages and respective costs for replacement or repairs in cases of Accidental Damage.
Police Report.

Original statement or invoice of the purchase made via credit card, showing the purchased item with a clear date and amount.
Detailed estimate outlining damages and respective costs for replacement or repairs in cases of Accidental Damage.
Invoice, purchase receipt, or any other form of proof of the pre-existence of the items in the suitcase, bag, or backpack.
Police Report issued by a police authority, or equivalent, specifying in detail the location and description of the event with date and time.
Proof of expenses for issuing new document(s) or replacing key(s) that were inside the suitcase, bag, or backpack.
