For each coverage, we list the mandatory and optional documents that help in the analysis.
Copy of the airline ticket and boarding pass.
Original receipts for expenses related to meals, transfers, and accommodation.
Statement from the airline confirming the delay, reason, and number of hours.
Receipt of compensation from the transport company signed by the Insured.
Police Report issued by the Authorities.
Copy of the passport.
Invoices or proof of payments made to the Travel Agency responsible for selling the services. All payments must match the statements made to the travel agency or Insurer.
Ticket or Travel Card.
Insurance Ticket.
Proof of amounts paid.
Proof of penalties withheld in case of cancellation.
Service contract from the travel organizers.
Technical report and/or documentation proving the reason for cancellation according to covered events.
Documents proving that the person was a family member of the insured.
Medical report justifying the reason and confirming the hospitalization of the insured on the scheduled date of travel.
Requests and results of all examinations performed, with their respective reports.
Medical report informing the injury suffered and the treatment adopted, proving the impossibility of locomotion.
Presentation of documentation proving the kinship.
Death certificate of the person whose death motivated the cancellation of the trip, if applicable.
In case of diagnosis of serious illness: copy of all examinations performed and medical report with the description and date of the first diagnosis of the illness affecting the insured.
In case of hospitalization of the spouse, parent(s), father-in-law(s), sibling(s) or child(ren) of the insured: medical report that determined the hospitalization, requests and results of all examinations performed, with their respective reports, medical records, and supporting documents of the kinship condition.
In case of judicial summons of the insured: copy of the summons and judicial process.
In case of quarantine imposed on the insured: copy of the declaration from the health authority.
Documentation of the Beneficiary(ies):
Spouse of the insured: marriage certificate and identity card of the spouse.
Family member of the insured: annotation in the work card or proof of dependents in the INSS and identity card of the family member.
Child of the insured: birth certificate.
Police Report.
Death Certificate.
In case of accident or illness, complete medical documentation.
Medical report justifying the insured's hospitalization on the scheduled travel date.
For interruption due to a family member, all documents proving the person was a family member of the insured will be required.
Letter from the operator/agency detailing the penalties and costs to be borne by the insured.
Insurance Ticket or Travel Card.
Documents proving the amounts paid.
Proof of the penalty amounts retained in the event of trip interruption, including enrollment fee for the exchange course.
Service contract with travel organizers.
Technical report and/or documentation proving the reason for trip interruption.

Stamped passport proving the deportation.
Proof of expenses to be reimbursed.
Receipts for expenses incurred by the insured;
Declaration from the airline confirming the date of the missed connection for the initial leg of the return trip to the insured's residence, as well as the reasons for its occurrence.
Statement from the airline confirming the date of the route detour of the insured trip, as well as the reasons for its occurrence.
Receipts for expenses incurred by the insured for accommodation, transfer to the hotel (round trip from the airport), and meals;
Statement from the airline confirming the date of the flight cancellation of the insured trip, as well as the reasons for its occurrence.
Invoices and receipts for payments made to the travel agency and/or tour operator.

Occurrence of damage caused by fire, theft, or natural forces in the residential or commercial property of habitual use by the insured: proof from the police authority and proof of ownership or possession of the property.
Summons of the insured to participate as a member in the official elections of the country of origin: copy of the summons proof with date and location details.
Judicial summons of the insured as a guardian in a minor adoption process: copy of the summons and the court process.
Pregnancy complications of the insured or spouse: medical report and exams performed.
Involuntary unemployment of the insured: communication from the employer and professional license.
Summons of the insured for organ transplant: medical description, exams performed, and hospital medical record.
Summons of the insured for taking office in public service or new employer: communication addressed to the insured, copy of the Official Journal with the appointment of office or professional license.
Transfer of the insured's workplace: proof of current residence, communication from the employer indicating the destination of the new residence, and professional license with the transfer record.
Judicial summons of the insured for divorce proceedings: summons and copy of the court process.
Passport or visa denied: notification of denied visa or passport.
Pregnancy occurring after the insurance purchase, and during the travel period being unable to travel due to advancing pregnancy: proof and medical report.
Theft of documentation: police report.
Damage or accident to the vehicle: police report.
For all reasons: supporting documents for the reason for travel cancellation.
Documentation of Beneficiary(ies):
Spouse of the insured: marriage certificate and identity card.
Family member of the insured: note in the Work Card or proof of dependents in the INSS and identity card.
Child of the insured: birth certificate.
Invoice for the stolen item.

3 (three) quotes for damage repair.

In cases where attorneys are appointed, the following documents must be sent:
RG/ CPF of the Attorney or OAB (if lawyer).
Proof of residence.
Power of Attorney in the model to be provided by the insurer, duly signed with notarized authenticity.
Declaration of Money Laundering Prevention signed by the attorney.
Police Report.
Document from the Authorized Transport Company.
Notice of claim.
Identity card, CPF (Individual Taxpayer Registration) and proof of residence of the insured.
Ticket or Travel Card.
Receipts or other proof of expenses incurred by the insured in replacing travel documents.

Vehicle Rental Agreement.
Document from the vehicle rental agency specifying the deductible amount and the total damage value to the vehicle.
Vehicle inspection form filled out and signed at the time of rental.
Driver's License (or equivalent) and Passport number, indicating the country of issue.
Proof of payment of the Vehicle Deductible by the insured to the rental agency.
Notice of claim.
Identity card, CPF (Individual Taxpayer Registry) and proof of residence of the insured.
Travel ticket or card.
For all cases:
Original entrance ticket or complete ticket.
Copy of the insured's ticket.
For each reason described in the general conditions, send:
Serious Personal Accident that has an urgent character and requires hospitalization or prevents the insured's mobility:
Written statement, with the date and time of the accident, the location, and the circumstances in which it occurred;
Certificate from the doctor who provided first aid to the insured, stating the date of the accident, the condition of the accident, the identified illnesses or injuries, and known or probable consequences.
Personal Accident or hospitalization for more than 03 (three) days due to an accident or suddenly declared acute illness of the spouse, parents, siblings, children, or stepchildren of the insured that prevents attendance at the event or show:
Legally issued payment vouchers from hospital institutions.
If the affected party is not the insured, legal document proving the relationship with the insured (e.g., marriage certificate, birth certificate), etc.
Receipt of an official notification for the insured to appear before the court, having received the notification after purchasing the Ticket for the event or show:
Copy of the notice specifying the time and date of the appearance.
Quarantine declaration for the insured by competent health authority after purchasing the Ticket to attend the event or show:
Quarantine declaration issued by the competent Health Entity, specifying the date and time, and the validity of the quarantine.
Theft or fire affecting the insured's residence and making their presence at the location indispensable, preventing attendance at the event or show:
In case of theft: police report specifying the date, time, location, and circumstances of the theft.
In case of fire: Fire Department report specifying the date, time, location, and circumstances of the fire occurrence.
